PDF Printer creates PDF files from any Windows NT, 2000, Server 2003, Windows x64, XP, or Windows Vista application. PDF Printer installs as a printer, so all you need to do is print from any application to create the PDF file.

How Does It Work?

  1. Install the PDF Printer software on your computer and it will load as a new printer called PDF Printer.
  2. Open any application on your computer — Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Quicken, Outlook, or ANY program you happen to use.
  3. Select Print from the file menu and choose the PDF Printer printer.
  4. From the PDF Printer File Save dialog, choose a file name and save or e-mail the PDF file.
